dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто процеси глобалізації та наведено авторське визначення цього терміну. Під глобалізацією автор розуміє всеохоплюючий процес, що руйнує національні кордони та є рушійною силою прискорення технологічного прогресу, скорочення інноваційного циклу і як наслідок призводить до якісних та кількісних змін національних економік. У статті наведено основні переваги та суперечності глобалізації у розрізі економічної, соціальної та політичної глобалізацій. Обґрунтовано влив глобалізаційних процесів на інтегрування технологій управління та сучасних інструментів у діяльність вітчизняних підприємств. У статті проаналізовано визначення поняття «технологія управління» і виділено декілька підходів до його сутності, а саме: визначення технології управління як сукупності процесів, як сукупності знань, як послідовності дій, як сукупності заходів, методів, інструментів та як сукупності операцій, процедур та прийомів. Виокремлено сутнісні складові поняття «технологія управління», а саме: визначальні характеристики, мету застосування технологій управління, шляхи реалізації технологій управління.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article deals with the processes of globalization and gives an author's definition of this term. The author understands globalization as an all-encompassing process that destroys national boundaries and it is the driving force of acceleration of technological progress, reduction of the innovation cycle, and as a result leads to qualitative and quantitative changes in national economy. It is substantiated that there is an ambiguous relation to globalization in economic literature, as along with the positive elements of border "erasing" and deepening of economic ties there is a significant number of threats both for individual countries and for certain economic entities. Therefore, the article presents the main advantages and contradictions of globalization in the context of economic, social and political globalization. It is substantiated that globalization processes are the driving force of acceleration of technological progress and reduction of the innovation cycle, which necessitates constant search of domestic enterprises of promising scientific and technological tendencies with their further integration into the activities of domestic enterprises. The article analyzes the definition of "technology of management" and highlights several approaches to its essence, namely: definition of management technology as a set of processes, as a set of knowledge; as a sequence of actions; as a set of measures, methods, tools and as a set of operations, procedures and techniques. The essential components of the concept of "management technology" were singled out, namely: defining characteristics, the purpose of application of management technologies, ways of implementation of management technologies. It is substantiated that the use of control technologies is aimed at achieving the strategic goal of the operation of the enterprise, however, in certain cases it is possible to use them in order to eliminate certain problems, imbalances, threats, etc. that are not systemic in nature, but are the result of certain temporary circumstances or events. It is determined that the main method of implementation (introduction) of management technologies into the practical activity of domestic enterprises is the adoption and implementation of management decisions, and all other ways are their constituents. It was determined that technologies and modern management tools, as a rule, integrate either into the enterprise management system or into one of the components of the management system.uk_UA
