dc.description.abstractВ статті систематизовано підходи до процесу цілепокладання в управлінні експортоорієнтованими підприємствами, встановлено склад та послідовність його етапів: цілеформування, цілеспрямування та цілереалізація, перевага яких полягає у забезпеченні динаміки й трансформації об’єкту управління із заданого стану у бажаний. Розроблено рекомендації щодо вибору та формування інструментарію й технології проходження виділених етапів цілепокладання.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractIn the article systematic approaches to the process of goal-setting in the management of the export-oriented enterprises, the composition and the sequence of its stages: formation of goals, directional goals and the implementation of the objectives. The advantage of allocating stages of goal-setting is to ensure the dynamics and transformation of the control object from a given state to the desired. Provided recommended on the selection and formation of the tools and techniques of passing the stages of goalsetting. Identified approaches to the formation of goals by type of goal-setting, given the characteristics of the models for the effective direction of goals and formed them on the basis of the integrated model, which includes the modern versatile requirements to the objectives, the proposed algorithm achieve the objectives include raising the quality of the process of goal setting in the management of the export-oriented enterprises.uk_UA
