Анотація
В статті розглядаються теоретико-методологічні, науково-методичні і практичні засади управління розвитком
сільськогосподарського підприємства. Визначаються особливості розвитку підприємства агропромислового комплексу в
сучасних умовах. Пропонуються основні напрями організаційного розвитку на прикладі конкретного підприємства.
The article deals with theoretical and methodological, scientific-methodological and practical principles of management of agricultural enterprises. Identify features of agricultural enterprises in modern conditions. The author analyzed the economic situation of the modern farm, identified the strategic position of the company by "strategic cube." The article rightly one of the effective methods of organizing agricultural enterprise - cluster method. The prospects, advantages and disadvantages of cluster organization. Based on analysis of current and desired state of a particular company identified promising areas of organizational development farms. Proposed main areas of organizational development on the example of a particular company.
