Анотація
В статті розглянуто питання аналізу та синтезу двокривошипного кулісного механізму з регульованою
амплітудою коливання кутової швидкості вихідної ланки, яка конструктивно легко досягається зміною
міжосьової відстані. Такі механізми можуть бути зв’язані з системами автоматичного керування.
The paper deals with the analysis and synthesis of the rocker mechanism with adjustable angular velocity amplitude of the output link, which is easily achieved by a change of center distance. Based on the algorithm specified in the computer program was written in the Mathcadsystem, which allowed to perform an analytical study of the kinematics twocranked rocker mechanisms and to determine the effect size of the center distance and displacement backstage to change the basic nature of the kinematic parameters of movement output link, including the magnitude of irregularity movement and dynamism coefficients. The diagrams of changes in these coefficients by which the knowledge needed their values, possible to find a suitable adjustment range center distance and the amount of displacement or vice versa, knowing the center distance and displacement, one can find the corresponding coefficients of uneven movement and dynamism. Adjusting center distance enables greater design and functionality of these mechanisms and create simple in design rotating motion mechanisms that provide control amplitude oscillations output link. Such mechanisms may be related to automatic control.
