Анотація
В сучасних економічних умовах існує необхідність удосконалення існуючих методик оцінки ефективності
функціонування кластерів та ефективності роботи підприємств-учасників кластерних об’єднань з метою урахування змін у
зовнішньому середовищі та визначення напрямків та формату взаємодії цих підприємств. В статті розглянуті проблеми
застосування окремих методик для оцінки ефективності функціонування кластерних об’єднань, запропоновані способи
використання методу тріангуляції для дослідження кластерної взаємодії підприємств та удосконалення бізнес-процесів у
кластерах.
In modern conditions, there is a need to improve existing methods of assessing the effectiveness of clusters and the efficiency of the enterprises which are the members of cluster associations in order to take into account changes in the external environment and determine the directions and framework of the interaction of these enterprises. Despite the diversity of approaches to choosing techniques that measure the performance of existing clusters and predict the effectiveness of clusters that can be created in a region or industry, scientists conclude that an integrated approach, complex indicators, and, in some cases, a combination of techniques are needed to determine the efficiency of clusters. A combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, as well as research by different researchers or groups of researchers, comparing the obtained results allows us to estimate the object of the study more deeply, to assess the state of the object from different parties and with the help of extraordinary approaches to determine the principles of its functioning, evaluation criteria and performance indicators. The article examines the problems of the application of methods for assessing the efficiency of cluster associations , methods of using triangulation for research of cluster interaction of enterprises and improvement of business processes in clusters are offered. The application of the triangulation method in economic research has not yet been sufficiently studied, but its capabilities, which are used in marketing and sociological researches, have proved its effectiveness in combination of quantitative and qualitative methods and their optimal synergetic in order to obtain more detailed information about the studied phenomenon. The application of this method to study the phenomena of cluster interaction requires further development of criteria and a system of indicators for the effectiveness assessing of regional clusters.
