Анотація
У статті представлено теоретикоекспериментальне
обґрунтування науковометодичного
забезпечення проведення експертизи телекомунікаційних систем спеціального призначення за умов
невизначеності. Розглянуто вирішення задачі експертизи ЗСТК з використанням кластеризації інформації. В
результаті проведеного критичного аналізу відомих методів визначено перспективні напрямки, а також можливі
шляхи їх покращення. Крім того, відомі методики експертизи ЗСТК не враховують вихідні дані, які
характеризують функціонування ЗСТК відповідно до моделі взаємодії відкритих систем, в тому числі і ті, які не
можливо або не раціонально визначити у чіткому вигляді.
Abstract – This paper presents a theoretical and experimental study of scientific and methodological supporting conducting examination of telecommunication systems, special purpose under conditions of uncertainty. Considered solving the problem of expertise telecommunication systems using the clustering information. As a result of a critical analysis of the known methods identified promising areas and possible ways to improve them. Also known methods of examination telecommunication systems do not include raw data that characterize the functioning telecommunication systems according to the model of open systems, including those that are not possible or not reasonably determine in a clear form
