dc.description.abstractThe aim of the paper is to deepen the theoretical and practical research on defining and structuring internal competitive capacity of enterprises, the formation of its management model development using the integral indicator of the competitive status of enterprise. The economic substance and nature of the concepts of “potential”, “competitive potential”, “competitive status” are examined in the paper. A structural model of the inner potential of the company, set reserves increased domestic competitive capacity of enterprises. The main structural components of internal management potential of the company were defined on the basis of the integral indicator of the competitive status. The developed model of the enterprise potential forms of action and processes ensure consistent execution of tasks helps control performance, shaping economic policy realization of the improvement of the organization.uk_UA
