Анотація
Досліджено специфіку формування та особливості функціонування корпоративних відносин в Україні та світовій
практиці. Здійснено аналіз динаміки розвитку корпоративного сектору в Україні. Розглянуто основні проблеми системи
корпоративного управління в Україні, а також розроблено рекомендації щодо якісного формування та налагодження роботи
системи корпоративного управління на рівні підприємств корпоративного типу.
Today, one of the main factors of ensuring the competitiveness of domestic enterprises is an efficiently established and organized system of corporate management. The specific features of formation and functioning of corporate relations in Ukraine and the world are investigated. An analysis of the dynamics of corporate sector development in Ukraine is carried out. The main problems of the corporate management system in Ukraine are considered, as well as recommendations for the qualitative formation and implementation of the corporate management system at the level of enterprises of corporate type in Ukraine. Therefore, the issue of improving corporate management requires further research with the development of a mechanism aimed at improving the organization of corporate relations and ways to ensure the effectiveness of corporate management of industrial enterprises.
