Анотація
Метою статті є дослідження процесу формування елементів механізму забезпечення економічної безпеки інвестиційної діяльності промислового підприємства. Проаналізовано склад елементів механізму реалізації стратегічних напрямів управління підприємством у рамках формування комплексної стратегії забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства. Розглянуто етапи формування та реалізації управлінських рішень у сфері економічної безпеки в цілому та безпеки інвестиційної діяльності зокрема. Відзначено важливість прийняття стратегічних рішень щодо залучення інвестиційних ресурсів з урахуванням чинників ризику інвестиційної діяльності. Встановлено необхідність процесу моніторингу досягнення стратегічних цілей, а також аналізу дієвості реалізації стратегічних рішень у сфері економічної безпеки інвестиційної діяльності підприємства. Обґрунтовано необхідність створення системи мотивації суб’єктів, що безпосередньо беруть участь у формуванні, запуску та функціонуванні досліджуваного організаційного механізму, приймаючи до уваги розмежування потенційних очікувань власників бізнесу та персоналу підприємств.
The article is aimed at researching the process of formation of elements of the mechanism for ensuring the economic security of investment activity of an industrial enterprise. The structure of elements of the mechanism for implementation of strategic directions of the enterprise management within terms of formation of a complex strategy of economic security of enterprise is analyzed. The stages of formation and implementation of managerial deci - sions in the sphere of economic security in general and security of investment activity in particular are considered. The importance of strategic decision- making on attraction of investment resources taking into view risk factors of investment activity is specified. The necessity of the process of monitoring the achievement of strategic goals, as well as analyzing the efficiency of strategic decisions in the economic security of investment activities is determined. The necessity for creating a system of motivation of subjects directly participat - ing in the formation, start-up and operation of the researched organizational mechanism is substantiated in view of differentiations of the potential expec - tations of the owners of business and enterprises’ staff.
