Анотація
Проведено теоретичні та аналітичні дослідження процесів логістичного управління на промислових підприємствах.
Досліджено підприємство як логістичну систему в інтегрованому логістичному середовищі. За результатами досліджень
сформовано модель раціоналізації процесів логістичного управління промислового підприємства, визначено складові та
основні етапи її формування та реалізації. Для досягнення поставлених цілей розроблено систему комплексного оцінювання
ефективності реалізації логістичних процесів на підприємстві.
The purpose of the paper was to substantiate theoretical and methodological principles and develop practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of management of logistics processes at industrial enterprises. Theoretical and analytical studies of logistic management at industrial enterprises were conducted. The company was investigated as a logistics system in an integrated logistics environment. The model of rationalization of the processes of an industrial enterprise logistic management, based on the determination of the level of its logistic perfection, was proposed. The main components of the industrial enterprise logistics management were: to increase its logistic potential; maximum full realization of logistic competences; development and implementation of logistic strategy and strategic planning of logistics activities, etc. A system for evaluating the effectiveness of logistics processes implementation in an enterprise that takes into account the level structure of enterprises as logistic systems is formed in the work. Implementation of logistics management in the activities of industrial enterprises will contribute to raising their logistical excellence, implementing a logistic approach at all levels of logistics integration of enterprises and achieving their complex logistics priorities.
