dc.description.abstractМетою даної статті є вивчення досвіду розвитку транспортно-логістичних систем провідних країн світу, визначення та узагальнення національних особливостей стимулювання даної сфери, обґрунтування пропозицій щодо впровадження зарубіжного досвіду у вітчизняну практику. У статті розглянуті значення Індексу ефективності логістики для країн, що займають перші позиції рейтингу станом протягом 2014–2018 рр., і проаналізовано основні зміни за цей час. Проведений аналіз дозволив визначити країни-лідери на ринку логістичних послуг, що стало передумовою для розгляду досвіду розвитку їх транспортно-логістичних систем. Вивчений досвід показує, що забезпечити нові вимоги ринку можна завдяки створенню системи транспортно-логістичних центрів, основні підходи до розвитку яких умовно можна назвати «європейським» та «американським». Перший передбачає здійснення активної державної політики, спрямованої на підвищення ефективності вантажоперевезень та розбудови логістичної центрів, шляхом надання податкових пільг, державних субсидій чи грантів. В основу другого підходу покладено механізм ринкового регулювання логістичної сфери, що мінімізує потребу державного втручання та стимулює приватні компанії та інвесторів вкладати кошти у розвиток логістичної інфраструктури.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the article is to study the experience of development of transportation and logistics systems of the world’s leading countries, definition and generalization of national features of stimulation of this field, substantiation of proposals for implementation of foreign experience in domestic practice. In the article the values of the LPI index for the countries occupying the leading positions of the ranking during the period of 2014-2018 have been provided, and the major changes during this time have been analysed. The analysis allowed identifying the countries leading in the market of logistics services that became the prerequisite for studying the experience of development of their transportation and logistics systems. It has been determined that the main features of the current stage of the market development of transportation and logistics services are the strengthening of competition and, as the result, the expansion of the range of logistics services, as well as requirements strengthening for standardization, comprehensiveness and technological support for their implementation. It has been substantiated that the only way to reach the new market demands is the creation of the transportation and logistics centers that allows to reduce the logistics costs of individual producers and enhance the efficiency of operation of the economic entities. At the same time, in the world practice, two main approaches to the development of the transportation and logistics infrastructure, that can be conventionally called "European" and "American", have been formed. The first approach involves the implementation of an active state policy aimed at increasing the efficiency of freight transportation and developing logistics centers through the provision of tax incentives, state subsidies or grants. The second approach is based on the mechanism of market regulation of the logistics field, that minimizes the need for state intervention and encourages private companies and investors to invest in the development of logistics infrastructure.uk_UA
