dc.description.abstractThe aim of the publication is analysis the current level of inter-firm interaction between companies and substantiating the network as a form of inter-company relations. The article presents a disquisition of the modern level of development of interfirm interaction between enterprises, including the identification of the features of inter-firm interaction system. One of the factors in the spread of inter-firm cooperation is globalization. In the context of globalization inter-firm interaction is a method of influencing opportunities to promote businesses in the market without significant risk. The current level of development of inter-firm interaction between business and justify the use of the network. It is also determined by the advantages, disadvantages and parameters of network structures. The formation and activation of inter-firm interaction between enterprises occur due to the presence of objective economic interest holders or their representatives in improving efficiency of operations.uk_UA
