Анотація
У статті проаналізовано характер трансформаційних змін в економіці України наприкінці ХХ та
початку ХХІ сторіччя, які вказують на наявність системної кризи, що охоплює різноманітні сфери розвитку
економіки і суспільно-політичних відносин в українському суспільстві. Розглянуто систему заходів у сфері
внутрішньої та зовнішньої, гуманітарної політик держави на коротко- середньо- та довгострокову перспективу.
The article includes the analysis of the character of the transformation changes in Ukrainian economy at the end of ХХ and the beginning of ХХІ century, that point to the presence of the system crisis which affects various areas of the economic development and socio-political relations in Ukrainian society. Considered the system of measures in a sphere of internal and external, humanitarian policy of the state in the short, medium, and long term.
