У статті досліджено економічну сутність та зміст категорії «капітал». Проведено історичний екскурс у вивчення даної категорії, розглянуто еволюцію поглядів на її трактування різними вченими-економістами – від авторів класичної економічної думки до формулювань учених-економістів XXI століття. Наведено основні характеристики, що визначають особливості застосування категорії «капітал» виходячи
безпосередньо з практичної та багатоаспектної площин
The article examines the economic essence, and the content of the category “capital”. A historical excursion into the study of this category has been made, the evolution of views on its interpretation by various economists has been considered – from the authors of classical economic thought to the formulation of the 21th century economists. The main characteristics defining the application of the category “capital” are given, proceeding directly from the practical and multidimensional plane.
