Анотація
В статті обґрунтовано взаємозв’язок і взаємозалежність соціальної безпеки підприємства і його соціального ризику.
Визначено тенденції динаміки соціального ризику та його вплив на характеристики соціальної безпеки. Запропоновано
критерії їх динаміки за умов конкурентної боротьби.
The aim of the research – to explore the intercommunication and interdependence of social safety of enterprise are reasonable and him social risk. The tendencies of dynamics of social risk and his influence are certain on descriptions of social safety. Practice functioning of enterprises in a dynamic competitive environment in close relationship and emphasizes the interdependence of social risk and social security. Selection algorithm support optimal model of social security of the industry, the development of an appropriate system of management and operational management solutions will allow entities to maintain the level of social security in accordance with the requirements of time. The criteria of their dynamics are offered at the terms of competitive activity.
