Анотація
В статті проведено дослідження характеристик та елементів механізму оцінки, стимулювання та
підвищення конкурентоспроможності персоналу підприємств. Наведено структурну схему елементів даного
механізму та їх взаємозв’язки.
In the article carried review of approaches to the understanding of staff competitiveness, its formation and maintenance. Grounded the need for a systematic approach to the management of the processes of evaluation and increasing staff competitiveness. Proposed the mechanism of evaluation, stimulating and increasing staff competitiveness, identified and described its main components. The enforcement mechanism of the formation and increase of competitiveness of the enterprise staff should consist of three main components: assessment of the competitiveness, stimulating competitiveness and improving the competitiveness of the enterprise personnel, which will allow comprehensively cover evaluation processes, incentives and the competitiveness increase of the staff with the management system.
