dc.description.abstractВ науковій статі розглянуто процес діагностування та моделювання ефективності використання основних фондів будівельного підприємства. Проведено факторний аналіз та економетричне моделювання ефективності використання засобів праці, що дозволяє оцінити спільний та окремий вплив факторів на зміну досліджуваного показника, здійснити песимістичні та оптимістичні прогнози ефективності використання основних фондів на будівельному підприємстві.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this article is to study the theoretical aspects of increase of efficiency of use of fixed assets, experience, organization of analytical and diagnostic work on the construction company and the modelling of these processes at the checkpoint KVP MU-13 "EYUZM". In the scientific article studied the condition and efficiency of fixed assets, conducted a factor analysis the impact of the cost of fixed assets and the return on assets on the change in the volume of construction and installation works. Built trend and econometric models change technical assets-and the factors that have a direct impact on it (the share of the active part of fixed assets, the average number of employees and the amount of material costs). During the simulation efficiency of fixed assets obtained by several models that allow you to assess the technical capital-on the construction company. These models, based on data from financial and statistical reports of the company, at a time to identify the condition and efficiency of the fixed assets and make the right decision on the future policy of their use in the enterprise. The proposed study unit to evaluate the influence of factors on change of technical assets-to accomplish the pessimistic and optimistic forecasts of a fixed capital in the construction company.uk_UA
