В статті обґрунтовано необхідність розробки і впровадження нових методичних підходів до формування
інноваційного потенціалу промислового підприємства, серед яких найбільш перспективним визначено інтегративний підхід.
Визначені основні типи інтегрованих систем управління, а також наведено конкурентні переваги, які вони надають
промисловим підприємствам. Запропоновано інтегровану систему управління інноваційним розвитком підприємства.
The aim of the paper is to study the essence of integrated business management and development of an integrated system of innovative development. In the article the need to develop and introduce new methodological approaches to the development of innovative potential of industrial enterprises, the most promising determined using an integrative approach to the construction of systems of innovation development company. The basic types of integrated management systems and defines the competitive advantage they provide to industry. Proposed an integrated system of innovative development company. The role of major subsystems integrated system of innovative development company. This way introduction of the integrated systems of innovation development gives the company a significant competitive advantage and contributes to escalating innovation potential.
