Анотація
У статті розкриваються основні напрямки та організаційні форми міжнародних інноваційних процесів в АПК, їх особливості та етапи розвитку в галузях і сферах агропромислового виробництва. Проаналізовано розвиток інноваційної діяльності в сільськогосподарському виробництві. Обґрунтовано необхідність оцінки інноваційної діяльності на сучасному етапі, викладаються методичні основи даного процесу і даються напрямки підвищення інноваційної активності в ринкових умовах. Особлива увага приділяється вдосконаленню організаційно-економічного механізму інноваційних процесів в АПК.
The main directions and organizational forms of international innovation processes in the agro-industrial complex, their features and stages of development in the sectors and spheres of agro-industrial production are revealed. Analyzed the development of innovation in agricultural production. It justifies the need to assess innovation at the present stage, outlines the methodological foundations of this process and gives directions for increasing innovation activity in market conditions. Particular attention is paid to improving the organizational and economic mechanism of innovation processes in the agro-industrial complex. The theoretical and practical foundations of the development of innovative activities in agriculture are investigated. Highlights the features of innovation and the process of introducing innovations in the production activities of agricultural enterprises. It was brought that the innovative approach will allow to increase the efficiency of innovative economic activities of enterprises of the agrarian sphere, and, therefore, serve in achieving the strategic goals of the enterprise. The implementation of innovative activities by enterprises of the agrarian sector will provide an opportunity to raise the level of their competitiveness, strengthen the position in the international market of agricultural products and improve the efficiency of production and economic activities in general. The peculiarity of the modern period of development of all sectors and spheres of agroindustrial production is the need to accelerate scientific and technological progress based on innovative processes that allow continuous updating of production based on the development of science, technology and advanced experience. World experience shows that innovation processes, as a rule, are not only encouraged, but also regulated by the state through the formation of appropriate policies and the planned organization of innovation activities. It is justified that the principles for the development of innovation processes are implemented in the country's agricultural sector, with mandatory consideration of their organizational, economic, technical, technological and other features. Only under these conditions, the development and implementation of innovation policy will achieve the desired result and have a positive impact on development of the country's economy
