Анотація
У статті розглянуто аналіз концепцій оцінки ефективності ІТ в автоматизованих системах управління
машинобудівними підприємствами (АСУП). Обґрунтовано вибір показника оцінки сукупної вартості володіння як ключового елементу для оцінки її ефективності з точки зору раціонального залучення фінансових ресурсів. Виявлено та проаналізовано фактори, які впливають на зміну показника сукупної вартості володіння АСУП
In the context of deepening globalization and European integration processes, Ukrainian machine - building enterprises are actively searching tools and mechanisms to ensure their own competitiveness. One of such mechanisms is the introduction of a modern enterprise management system, which should improve the economic and production processes, improve enterprise management at all its levels. However, machine - building enterprises are faced with difficulties in assessing the effectiveness of the selected ones for the implementation of the ERP, given the variety of risks and the limited financial resources. The article deals with the analysis of concepts of IT efficiency evaluation in ERP at machine - building enter prises. Proposed the TCO - indicator as the key element for the estimation of the efficiency of the ERP in terms of rational attraction of financial resources. Identified and analyzed the factors that influence the change in the total cost of the ERP ownership.
