Анотація
У статті розглянуті та проаналізовані тлумачення поняття «потенціал підприємства» різними авторами. За
результатами аналізу визначено його сутнісні характеристики та виділено серед них найбільш поширені, які також можуть
бути розглянуті як ідентифікатори досліджуваного терміну.
The purpose of the research is to identify the main essential features of the enterprise's potential. The article deals with different interpretations of the concept of "the enterprise potential". The development of Ukrainian enterprises is closely linked to their potential. Potential opportunities of the company influence to the formation of its strategy, the constructio n of industrial relations and the establishment of management mechanisms. Under current market conditions, the activity of the enterprise is considered precisely because of the prism of the formation and use of the potential. After all, having correctl y formed and used it, it is possible to expand the range of its capabil ities and strengthen existing positions in the market. In order to better understand how the company's potential influences to the activity of the enterprise, it is necessary to determine its intrinsic characteristics firstly. So, in this article we have explored the using of the essential features of the interpretation of the idea of "the enterprise potential" by different authors. According to the results of the analysis, its characteristics are determined and the most common among them are identified.Based on the systematization of existing interpretations of the term under study it is determined that the potential of an enterprise can be identified by three essential characteristics: opportunities and available means of the enterprise that can be used for future success and achievement of goals, aggregate resources that can be used to perform a specific task, and stocks that are used or can be used under certain conditions. Also in the article it was determined that the potential of an enterprise is a c oncept that includes such essential characteristics as the availability of facilities and available means of the enterprise, as well as aggregate resources and stocks that are used or can be used for its successful operation and development.
