Анотація
У статті визначено, що розвиток цифрової економіки сприяє більш активним перетворенням в усіх сферах виробничої діяльності, що, в свою чергу, сприяє переходу на більш високий рівень технологічного укладу. Доведено, що цифрові технології претендують на їхній облік як окремого фактору економічного виробництва, оскільки вони надають суттєву роль на прискорення темпів економічного зростання, підвищення продуктивності праці. Автор констатує, що застосування у виробництві продукції нових науково-технічних досягнень, які базуються на цифрових технологіях, сприяє і забезпечує підвищення якості виробленої продукції, надаваних робіт і послуг.
The article defines development of digital economy has triggered active transformations in all spheres of production, which in turn promotes transition to higher levels of technology. Digital technologies should be regarded as a separate factor of economic production, significantly affecting the accelerated rates of economic growth, increase in labor productivity. Using new scientific and technical achievements based on digital technologies in production allows to improve the quality of the products, works and services. Development of digital industry allows to improve the performance efficiency of quality management systems in enterprises, to lower transactional costs of interactions with public authorities, to improve information exchange with buyers, to optimize logistics systems both in the enterprise and with external partners. Development of digital technologies is actually based on intellectual capital which governs the need for its assessment and protection of property rights. Further, we have investigated the given combination of factors to find a regression dependence with an indicator of volume of innovative goods, works, or services. Increased role of the intellectual capital in the development of digital economy leads to an increase in the share of intangible assets in the added value of products. The presence of intellectual property objects at an enterprise is an important indicator of future prospects. However, at present, most of the intellectual capital remains unaccounted for, which is due to the lack of a generally accepted qualitative methodology for its assessment. Within the framework of accounting problems, the need for element-by-element decomposition of the constituent elements of intellectual property is highlighted with the help of cost, comparative and income methods. The solution of this problem will allow activating the processes of development of the digital economy by increasing the interest of developers and manufacturers in the evaluation of intellectual property and accounting in the activities of the enterprise. Thus, the modern conditions for the transformation of economic relations increase the importance of intellectual capital, which contributes to a change in the biosocial nature of man
