dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена питанням формування системи стратегічного управління конкурентоспроможністю фермерських господарств. Розглянуті і узагальнені теоретичні положення формування економічного механізму стратегічного управління. Обгрунтовано, що підприємство змушене вирішувати проблему створення організаційно-управлінського потенціалу, орієнтованого на вирішення стратегічних завдань, вважаючи ключовим фактором реалізації стратегії розвиток у менеджерів необхідної компетенції, здатності не тільки виробляти стратегії, але й втілювати їх у діяльність фермерських господарств.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the questions of forming a system of strategic management of competitiveness of farms. The theoretical positions of formation of economic mechanis m of strategic management are considered and generalized. It is substantiated that the company is forced to solve the problem of creating organizational and managerial potential, oriented t o solving strategic problems, considering the key factor in impleme nting the strategy for the development of managers with the necessary competence, the ability not only to develop strategies, but also to implement them in the activities of farms. The article presents а system of planning increase the economic potential o f an enterprise. On the basis of a systems approach to the planning process proposes a list of logically interrelated steps that allow to create an integrated system of decision - making. The author proposed a definition of the essence of strategic planning as the variety of planned activities in the enterprise. It also includes a generalization of the long - term, medium - term, the current (annual), operational planning. On the basis of a systems approach to the planning process proposes a list of logically int errelated steps that allow to create an integrated system of decision - making. The main goal of managing the economic potential, as a system of interdependent levers that provide a directed, coordinated and stimulating impact on the economic potential of re source sources, is to ensure its rational use. The author proposed a definition of the essence of strategic planning as the variety of planned activities in the enterprise. It also includes a generalization o f the long - term, medium - term, the current (annua l), operational planning. It is offered to represent the strategic planning system for enhancing the economic potential similar to the whole system of enterprise management, i.e. as three subordinated outlines: a strategic management outline, a tactic plan ning and an operating planning outline.uk_UA
