Анотація
У даній статті сформовано методики управління інвестиційною діяльністю, доопрацьовано деякі концептуальні
підходи і методи з урахуванням аспектів української економіки і особливостей затяжних кризових явищ. На підставі аналізу
загальних теоретичних підходів до управління інвестиційною діяльністю із загальних принципів управління виділено
найбільш характерні для підприємств машинобудівної галузі.
In accordance with the general theory of management, modern conceptual positions in the management of investment activities of the enterprise are scientific approaches that reflect the main features of management of the investment behavior of the economic system on the basis of a systematic approach to understanding the essence of investment activity embodied in the system of scientifically grounded concepts and principles of management of investment activities of economic systems, as well as methods and mechanisms, united by a single methodology in a market-oriented eco-system. The underlying concepts of financial management are based on the existing approaches to managing investment activity, namely: cash flow concepts, cost effectiveness of the capital market, the relationship of risk and profitability, investment management concepts. Despite considerable investment research and the widespread application of traditional concepts in the management of investment activities, some conceptual approaches and methods need to be finalized taking into account aspects of the Ukrainian economy and the peculiarities of protracted crisis phenomena - this is the purpose of this article.
