Анотація
В роботі розглянуті теоретичні основи процесу видавлювання деталей. Представлена математична
модель течії металу, на основі якої обраховане відносне зусилля деформації в умовах тривимірної течії металу. На
основі експериментальних розрахунків сформульовані практичні рекомендації для збільшення стійкості
технологічного оснащення і зменшення виробничого браку.
In this work the theoretical foundations of the process of extrusion parts. The process of radial extrusion with threedimensional metal flow. A mathematical model of the flow of metal. On the basis of which calculated the relative deformation la efforts in terms of threedimensional metal flow. Based on experimental calculations formulated practical recommendations to improve stability and reduce tooling manufacturing defects.
