dc.description.abstractВ статті розглянуто причини та мету запровадження нової економічної політики, звернуто увагу на впровадження оренди підприємств, проведення трестування промисловості. Наголошено, що несприйняття частиною “комуністів- господарників” непу партійні організації повинні долати шляхом індивідуальної роботи. Звернуто увагу на рекомендації широко використовувати старих “спеців”, але під пильним контролем спецслужб. Форми, методи та результати впровадження непу на Поділлі розглянуто на прикладі одного з найуспішніших місцевих трестів регіону – “Дунаєвецьке сукно” (Дунсукно). З’ясовано вплив на відновлення та реконструкцію тресту популістської соціальної політики більшовиків, відсутність трудової дисципліни, неможливість придбати якісну сировину, брак фахівців, перманентного реформування управління тощо. Звернуто увагу на постійний моніторинг чекістами справ на підприємствах “Дунсукна” та їх втручання у вирішення як соціальних, так і виробничих проблем.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article discusses the reasons and purpose of the introduction of a new economic policy (NEP), the attention was paid to the introduction of lease of enterprises, industrial trusts. It was stressed that the non-acceptance of the NEP by the part of "communist managers" should be overcome by group organizations through individual work. Attention was drawn to the recommendations of widespread use of the old "specialist", but under the close supervision of the intelligence services. Forms, methods and results of the NEP implementation in Podillia were considered on the example of one of the most successful local trusts of the region - "Dunaievetsky cloth" (Dunsukno). The influence on the restoration and reconstruction of the trust of the populist social policy of the Bolsheviks, the lack of labor discipline, the inability to obtain quality raw materials, the lack of specialists, the permanent reform of management, etc. have been identified. The attention was paid to the constant monitoring of the Chekists' affairs at the enterprises of "Dunsukno" and their intervention in solving both social and production problems. The overall economic situation in the country and in Podillia, in particular, had a negative impact on the development of Dunsukno. It should be noted that Dunsukno was constantly under the watchful eye of the agents of the Podilskyi provincial branch of the state political government in the "Special" case against the old specialists. As a result, in 1929, the "Dunsukno" trust was liquidated, creating instead one large factory subordinated to the Ukrsukno trust.uk_UA
