dc.description.abstractВ публікації досліджено вплив інтеграційних процесів на динаміку і тенденції світового ринку праці. Узагальнено перспективи вітчизняного ринку праці на основі оцінки та аналізу статистичних даних стану трудового потенціалу України в контексті інтеграції до світового ринку праці. Здійснено критичний аналіз ринку праці при капіталізмі і в соціально- орієнтованій ринковій економіці, встановлено їх переваги та стримуючі фактори.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThis publication investigates the impact of the integration process on the dynamics and trends of the global labour market. Summarizes the prospects of the domestic labour market by assessing and analyzing statistical data state employment potential in the context of Ukraine's integration into the global labour market. On the labour market of Ukraine allocated such important problems as the problem of the competitiveness of the national labour market; reproduction of human potential; issue of labour mobility, gender differentiation of incomes and others. The critical analysis of the labour market under capitalism and the social market economy, set their preferences and constraints. Thus, the global labour market - is an important element of establishing economic relations between the countries. Become an equal partner in the global labour market and a member of the integration of Ukraine only under conditions more efficient use of existing employment potential and ensure its development in accordance with international standards, as it is the primary productive force and underpins the economic competitiveness of each state. To determine strengthen Ukraine's integration interaction needed is a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the processes taking place in the global labour market.uk_UA
