Анотація
У даній статті досліджено систему управління інноваційної діяльності на промислових підприємствах. Розглянуто
основні показники інноваційної діяльності промислових підприємств за 2017–2019 роки. Виявлено основні проблеми
розвитку інновацій на підприємствах через недостатнє фінансування, невисоку зацікавленість управлінського персоналу
підприємств у розвитку виробництва та підвищенні його конкурентоспроможності. В статті представлений загальний
алгоритм управління інноваційним потенціалом промислового підприємства для забезпечення інноваційного розвитку.
Today, a large number of Ukrainian industrial enterprises face the problem of innovative development. Innovative activity is the basis for the continued existence and development of industrial enterprises, as well as provides an opportunity to increase competitive advantage. Significant lack of investment resources, lack of experience in managing innovation potential has led to the fact that enterprises' innovation processes are periodic and unproductive. At present, in Ukraine most companies do not pay enough attention to the development of innovation. With a small amount of innovative development, industrial enterprises implement mainly short-term innovation goals, which are associated only with a partial improvement in production. The main stage of ensuring the development of innovative potential of enterprises is the interest of the company's management in innovations. This article examines the management system of innovation in industrial enterprises. The main indicators of innovation activity of industrial enterprises for 2017-2019 are considered. The main problems of innovation development at enterprises due to insufficient funding, low interest of management staff of enterprises in the development of production and increasing its competitiveness. The article presents a general algorithm for managing the innovation potential of an industrial enterprise to ensure innovative development.
