Анотація
В статті проаналізовано теоретичні підходи до розробки дієвої стратегії корпоративно-соціальної відповідальності,
здійснено спробу визначити вплив реалізації обраної стратегії на ефективність діяльності та конкурентоспроможність
сучасного машинобудівного підприємства. Визначено основні етапи формування стратегії корпоративної соціальної
відповідальності та її впровадження в загальну стратегію діяльності підприємства.
In the article the theoretical approaches to developing an effective strategy of corporate social responsibility analyzes, attempts to determine the impact of the implementation of the chosen strategy on the efficiency of the activity and competitiveness of the modern machine-building enterprise. The main stages of formation of the corporate social responsibility strategy and its implementation in the general strategy of the enterprise are offered. Competitive benefits for an enterprise that introduces the principles of sustainable development into their day-to-day activities can be achieved through the following components: the correct definition of priorities and directions of development, considering their social orientation; timely diagnostics of problems and implementation of measures for their solution; reduction of production costs due to introduction of modern logistics achievements, increase of resource efficiency and waste reduction; use of statutory benefits for socially responsible enterprises; gaining benefits while interacting with other manufacturing and financial organizations; reduction the risks of loss or lack of profit at the expense of fines or prohibitions; increase of the enterprise investment attractiveness; increase of the market segment due to the awareness and desire of consumers to use the products of the enterprise; optimization of insurance expenses. The development and implementation of the CSR strategy will enable the company to improve its relationships with personnel, consumers, suppliers, public authorities, public organizations and other stakeholders in general, which will enable the company to improve the overall efficiency of the enterprise and increase its competitive advantages.
