Анотація
The research results of the major categories essence, which reveal the nature of the enterprise management process, are outlined in the article. The author’s definition of them is justified. The information importance in the management process is analyzed. The new the informational nature directions of the modern enterprise's management are defined. The nature and purpose of enterprise information system are considered and areas of its development are outlined for the purpose of the enterprise efficiency improving.
