dc.description.abstractУ наш час трансплантація органів/тканин людини іноді є єдиним засобом порятунку життя і відновлення здоров’я. Трансплантацію використовують, коли медикаментозні або хірургічні методи лікування неможливі, однак пацієнт має потенціал до подальшої здорової активності. Розроблення технології підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості донорства і трансплантації з врахуванням цивільного права є наразі актуальною задачею. Перш ніж перейти до проектування та реалізації такої технології, слід виконати аналіз предметної галузі цивільного права, а також розробити теоретичне підгрунтя – провести моделювання процесу підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості донорства і трансплантації, що і є метою даного дослідження. Трансплантація та донорство є нерозривно взаємопов’язаними процесами, оскільки, щоб відбулась трансплантація, наявність донора є необхідною. В операціях з трансплантації завжди беруть участь дві особи – донор та реципієнт. Тому під час моделювання процесу підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості донорства і трансплантації з врахуванням цивільного права виокремимо 2 частини – моделювання процесу підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості донорства з врахуванням норм цивільного права та моделювання процесу підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості трансплантації з врахуванням норм цивільного права. В статті проведено моделювання процесу підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості донорства і трансплантації, яке є теоретичним підґрунтям для розроблення правил, методів та технології підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості донорства і трансплантації з врахуванням цивільного права. Наразі запропоновані моделі дозволяють визначати можливість/неможливість донорства і трансплантації тільки на основі діючого цивільного законодавства України, проте вони можуть бути адаптовані до законодавства будь-якої країни.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractNowadays, transplantation of human organs/tissues is sometimes the only means of saving life and restoring health. Transplantation is used when medical or surgical methods of treatment are not possible, but the patient has the potential for further healthy activity. The development of decision-making support technology regarding the possibility of donation and transplantation, taking into account civil law, is currently an urgent task. Before proceeding to the design and implementation of such technology, an analysis of the subject area of civil law should be performed, as well as a theoretical basis should be developed - simulation of the decision-making support process regarding the possibility of donation and transplantation, which is the purpose of this study. Transplantation and donation are inextricably linked processes, since the presence of a donor is necessary for transplantation to take place. Transplantation operations always involve two people - the donor and the recipient. Therefore, during the modeling of the decision-making support process regarding the possibility of donation and transplantation taking into account civil law, we will distinguish 2 parts - the modeling of the decision-making support process regarding the possibility of donation taking into account the norms of civil law and the modeling of the decision-making support process regarding the possibility of transplantation taking into account the norms of civil law. The article conducts modelling the decision-making support process regarding the possibility of donation and transplantation, which is a theoretical basis for the development of rules, methods and technology for supporting decision-making regarding the possibility of donation and transplantation, taking into account civil law. Currently, the proposed models allow determining the possibility/impossibility of donation and transplantation only on the basis of the current civil legislation of Ukraine, but they can be adapted to the legislation of any country.uk_UA
