Анотація
У статті розглянуто загальні аспекти міграційних процесів в Україні, які залишають вагомий вплив на економічне,
соціальне та демографічне становище в країні. Автором розглянуто основні проблеми міграційної ситуації в країні, що дають
змогу визначити стратегічну мету міграційної політики країни. Здійснено огляд співпраці України з ЄС у галузі регулювання
міграційних процесів та запропоновано деякі рекомендації, спрямовані на удосконалення міграційної політики України у
відповідності до європейських стандартів.
The article deals with general aspects of migration in Ukraine, which leave a significant impact on economic, social and demographic situation in the country. The author considers the main problem of the migration situation in the country, that allows to determine the strategic goal of Ukraine's migration policy. The main reasons for the Ukrainian citizens outflow from the regions that are inadequately replaced by foreign migrants are determined. It is proved that the mechanism of adaptation of migration policy in Ukraine with the terms and requirements of the EU will ensure a successful adaptation to changes in both external and internal environment and economic and social growth of Ukraine. The overview of Ukraine's cooperation with the EU in the field of migration processes regulation are done and some recommendations aimed at improving Ukraine's migration policy in line with European standards are proposed.
