Анотація
В статті розглянуто сутність поняття «інвестиційна привабливість країни», проведено порівняльний аналіз їх змісту.
Досліджено методичні підходи до оцінки інвестиційної привабливості на рівні країни, які застосовуються у міжнародній
практиці. Здійснено систематизацію існуючих методичних підходів до оцінки інвестиційної привабливості країни, що
обумовлені певними напрямами дослідження та показниками, що їх представляють. Відповідно до існуючих методик
проведено узагальнення існуючих показників та запропоновано використання найбільш поширених, що мають певні
переваги та відповідають вимогам часу.
There was considered the essence of the concept of "investment attractiveness of the country", conducted analysis of their content and identified the main features of the investment attractiveness and their essence in the article. We reviewed the sequence of main stages and determined to analysis of investment attractiveness. We systematized existing methodological approaches to assessing the investment climate, resulting from certain areas of research and indicators that represent them. According to the current procedures it is conducted synthesis of existing indicators and it is suggested the most common use, in accordance to time requirements. It is considered the most common global methodology for assessing the investment attractiveness of the country, such as the ratings Euromoney, Institutional Investor, Transparency International, Business Environment Risk Intelligence (BERI), Moody's Investor Service and methodology of the World Bank Investment Climate Survey (ICS) and others. It is overviewed and systematized the above mentioned methods and ratings of investment appeal of the country and indicators that are used in the analysis of investment climate. It is outlined the prospects for their use.
