Анотація
У статті розглядаються теоретичні й практичні проблеми формування креативного менеджменту, пов'язані із
забезпеченням сталого розвитку інноваційно-креативної економіки. Досліджено теоретичні основи сутності креативності,
проаналізовано підходи до визначення поняття “креативний менеджмент”. У статті доводиться актуальність поділу
сучасного менеджменту на традиційний і креативний, а також обґрунтовується необхідність цього поділу. Виділено складові
елементи та визначено напрями досліджень системи креативного менеджменту. Розкрито основні зовнішні й внутрішні
передумови формування креативного менеджменту на підприємстві.
The article deals with theoretical and practical problems of formation of creative management connected with ensuring the sustainable development of innovation-creative economy. The creative economy is based on the methodology of adopting nonstandard, original and non-traditional managerial decisions for the purpose of strategic development, overcoming of problem and crisis situations, when it is necessary to search and implement fundamentally new ways of survival, advancing forward, ensuring the competitiveness of the organization on the market and ensuring success in the competition. The theoretical foundations of the essence of creativity, as well as the specifics of its interpretation and application in practice are researched. Theoretical and practical problems of creative management development are relevant and attract attention of both foreign and domestic scientists and practitioners. Research of theoretical and practical achievements of domestic and international foreign scientists in the field of creative management at the macro and micro level has allowed to form and characterize creative management as a rather new independent branch of management science and professional activity, which is aimed at shaping the current conditions of the development of organizations. Analyzes the approaches to the definition of the concept of "creative management", and also it is indicated what the creative management differs from an innovative management. The clarification is made on the basis of identifying the essential features of the concept of "creative management". The article proves the relevance of the division of modern management into traditional and creative, as well as the necessity of this division. Identified and justified by the principles of forming the system of creative management. The component elements are selected and the directions of research of the system of creative management are determined. The main external and internal prerequisites of creative management establishment are revealed, the factors stimulating or restraining its development are defined.
