Анотація
Наразі в Україні існує потреба в проектуванні та розробленні системи підтримки прийняття рішень (СППР) щодо можливості укладання договору про надання терапевтичних послуг (з врахуванням коректності або некоректності договору з юридичної точки зору), яка може значно підвищити ефективність роботи терапевта та страхової медицини, а також захистити як пацієнтів, так і лікарів. Для проектування такої СППР спочатку слід розробити теоретичне підгрунтя, а саме провести моделювання процесу підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості укладання договору про надання терапевтичних послуг. У статті розроблено теоретико-множинну модель договору про надання терапевтичних послуг, яка ґрунтується на істотиних умовах договору, що є обов’язковими з точки зору цивільно-правових підстав. Крім цього, проведено моделювання процесу підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості укладання договору про надання терапевтичних послуг. Розроблена модель процесу підтримки прийняття рішень щодо можливості укладання договору про надання терапевтичних послуг є теоретичним підґрунтям для розроблення методів та проектування СППР щодо можливості укладання договору про надання терапевтичних послуг.
Currently in Ukraine there is a need to design and develop a decision support system (DSS) on the possibility of concluding the contract on the therapeutic services provision (taking into account the correctness or incorrectness of the contract from a legal point of view), which can significantly increase the efficiency of the therapist and insurance medicine, and protect both patients and physicians. For design such a DSS, we must first develop a theoretical basis, namely to model of the decision-supporting process on the possibility of concluding the contract on the therapeutic services provision. The paper develops a set-theoretical model of the contract on the therapeutic services provision, which is based on the essential terms of the contract, which are mandatory in terms of civil law. In addition, modeling of the decision-supporting process on the possibility of concluding the contract on the therapeutic services provision is conducted. The developed model of the decision-supporting process on the possibility of concluding the contract on the therapeutic services provision is the theoretical basis for the development of methods and design and realization of DSS on the possibility of concluding the contract on the therapeutic services provision. Promising future directions of the author's work are the development of rules and methods of decision support on the possibility of concluding the contract on the therapeutic services provision, as well as the design and development of decision support system for the possibility of concluding the contract on the therapeutic services provision (taking into account the correctness or incorrectness of the contract ) on the basis of the proposed model of the decision-supporting process on the possibility of concluding the contract on the therapeutic services provision.
