Анотація
В статье исследованы и обобщены методики оценивания экспортного потенциала промышленных предприятий. Выполнены практические расчеты комплексного оценивания экспортного потенциала на примере промышленных предприятий Хмельницкой области. Спрогнозировано уровень экспортного потенциала исследуемых предприятий за разными сценариями их развития. Представлены рекомендации для определения стратегических приоритетов развития экспортного потенциала предприятий.
The purpose of the article was to study the methods of estimation and forecasting the development of the export potential of industrial enterprises; practical adaptation of estimation export potential methodology at the plants. The article presents the designed a methodology for evaluating export potential enterprises and establish a system of indicators. Practical calculations of complex estimation export potential are made on an example of industrial enterprises of Khmelnitsky region. The level of export potential the investigated companies to forecast in different scenarios for their development. Recommendations for determining the strategic priorities of the enterprises export potential development were presented. Using an integrated approach assessment of the export potential of the enterprise will allow top managers to identify trends and prospects for the future export activities. Also, it will determine the priorities of export policy; identify problems of exports; to make justified management decisions; to consolidate the company on a certain segment of the competitive market; to determine the value export potential according to the optimistic and pessimistic forecasts.
