Анотація
У статті визначено особливості комплексного аналізу результатів діяльності підприємства і
працюючого в контексті соціальної безпеки. В статті обґрунтовано мету аналізу рівня соціальної безпеки, який є
вагомою складовою механізму підтримки соціальної безпеки і представляє собою дієвий інструмент пошуку
резервів та визначення напрямів оптимізації рівня соціальної безпеки. Досліджено ранжування машинобудівних
підприємств за характеристиками рівня соціальної безпеки.
The article outlines the features of a comprehensive analysis of the results of the company and working in the context of social security. In the article the purpose of considering the level of social security which is an essential part of the mechanism of maintaining social security and is an effective tool to search for reserves and identify optimization level of social security. Studied ranking engineering companies for performance level of social security. The use of the proposed characteristics of the level of social security of the enterprise and analysis trends will allow the assessment, online diagnosis and continuous monitoring of the level of social stability and social tension to maintain the optimal condition of the social security entities by using a certain system actions. The author developed Methods and techniques of analysis of social security in its characteristics.
