Анотація
The issue of digitalization of international trade plays a significant role in the
system of main priorities of Ukraine's economic development and is reduced to the
concept of e-commerce and its legal regulation. At the expert and political levels,
activities aimed at the development of e-commerce are actively developing, which
is a powerful lever of economic growth, a necessary platform for the transition
of the domestic economy to a qualitatively new stage of development, focused
mainly on science-intensive information technologies.
