Анотація
Висвітлено необхідність та напрями пошуку реальних фінансових джерел за рахунок розширення
фіскального простору і на цій основі накопичення доходної частини бюджетів, зростання видатків на
інвестиційно-інноваційні цілі та на вирішення інших соціально-економічних проблем. Запропоновано автор-
ське тлумачення поняття “фіскальний простір”.
The article highlights the need for and direction finding real financial sources by expanding the fiscal space and on this basis the accumulation of budget revenues, expenditures on investment and innovation goals and to address other social and economic problems. A set of financial sources and their classification proposed units and areas of growth and profitability expansion of fiscal space confirms that reserves need for their research, develop recommendations on means of improving government intervention to ensure the growth yield of these sources and expand fiscal space. Particularly significant will be the results of research to determine the volume increase profitability by certain means: organizational, legal, technical, technological character and so on. The author interpretation of the concept of “fiscal space”.
