Анотація
У статті було досліджено закономірності еволюційних змін у міжнародних відносинах країн Центрально-Східної
Європи. З’ясовано сучасну типологію та структуру регіонів. Запропоновано понятійний апарат різних типів регіонів та їх
вплив на міжнародне соціально-економічне співробітництво. Автори у роботі визначили парадигму розвитку регіонів у
системі міжнародних відносин та з’ясували концептуальні положення міжнародної регіональної співпраці, де транскордонний
регіон є основою єврорегіону та міжнародних відносин. У роботі проаналізовано принципи міжнародних відносин та
регіонального співробітництва, зокрема світову економіку визначено як стратегічний ресурс розвитку транскордонного
регіону. Авторами було визначено характерні ознаки інтеграційних процесів у міжнародних відносинах на міждержавному та
міжрегіональному рівнях. Обґрунтовано систему суспільно-економічних просторових зв’язків у процесі міжнародних
відносин. Дається аналіз складових діяльності міждержавних кластерних об’єднань, які знаходяться під впливом
кластероутворюючих чинників (концентрація, комунікація та конкуренція), а також кластеропідтримуючих (спеціалізація,
співробітництво та синергія). Авторами побудовано структурну модель механізму трансформації системи міжнародних
економічних відносин між Україною та країнами ЄС.
This article investigated patterns of evolutionary changes in international relations in Central and Eastern Europe. It was found modern typology and structure of the region. A conceptual framework of the different types of regions and their impact on international economic cooperation. The author identified in the regional development paradigm in international relations and found conceptual provisions of international regional cooperation, where cross-border region is the basis for the European region and international relations. The paper analyzes the principles of international relations and regional cooperation, including the global economy is defined as a strategic resource of cross-border region. The author was identified characteristic features of integration processes in international relations at the international and interregional levels. The system of socio-economic spatial relations in the international relations. The analysis of the components of interstate cluster groups that are influenced cluster formed factors (concentration, communication and competition) and cluster support factors (specialization, cooperation and synergies). The author has constructed a structural model of the mechanism of transformation of international economic relations between Ukraine and the EU.
