Анотація
На основі аналізу існуючих підходів запропоновано в управлінні підвищенням конкурентного потенціалу
використовувати систему управління ризиками. У загальній структурі вона трансформується у підсистему зі своїми
принципами, методами, важелями, інструментами та забезпеченням.
There are many systems aimed at increasing the components of the competitive potential for effective management of its growth. However, little attention is paid to the processes of risks eliminating that arise in the industrial potential management system. It was suggested to use the risk management system in the management of the competitive potential increasing, based on the analysis of existing approaches. In the general structure, it is transformed into a subsystem with its principles, methods, levers, tools and assurance. The system of risk management, transforming into a subsystem, in the general system of increasing of the competitive potential of industrial enterprises includes such components as: principles, methods, levers, tools, functions. Any system operates due to its supporting functions: personnel, documentary, legal, informational, organizational and administrative, analytical and monitoring. The system of risk management in enhancing the competitive potential of the enterprise, which is a part of the overall management system, plays an important role in the implementation of formation processes, assessment and enhancement of the competitive potential of any machine-building enterprise. The author of the article constructed the organizational structure of the risk management system in the overall management structure of increasing the competitive potential of the enterprise. Based on the description of interconnections and interdependencies of subsystems, we have constructed an organizational structure of the competitive potential management system, which includes four subsystems. The subsystem of increasing the competitive potential also includes the main goal and tasks, methods, tools and levers aimed at increasing the competitive potential.
