Анотація
В статті проаналізовано генезис і розвиток корпоративної культури. Також надано історичну еволюцію змісту поняття «корпоративна культура». В статті обґрунтовано необхідність формування позитивної корпоративної культури в організації, розглянуто її основні складові. Визначено основні складові формування позитивної корпоративної культури на підприємстві.
In the last decades considerable scientific and practical interest shows up in the phenomenon of corporate culture. In home science to presently there is not unambiguous determination of this concept. The aim of the article is research of going near understanding of the phenomenon "corporate culture" and analysis of essence and ground of basic principles of forming of positive corporate culture on an enterprise. The main methods of research in the article were: the method analysis and synthesis, method of comparison, generalization. During research textbooks, scientific publications of the Ukrainian and foreign scientists-economists, were used. Genesis and development of corporate culture is analysed in the article. The historical evolution of maintenance of corporate culture is also given. It is discovered that genesis and related development of corporate culture to opening of process of transition of the industrial world in last third of XX age in postindustrial with the posteconomical system. Concentrated attention on dividing of corporate culture into positive and negative corporate cultures. Exactly due to the specific functions and orientation (to positive or negative) a corporate culture can considerably influence on a labour conduct, motivation of selfdevelopment of workers, and also on development of labour potential of enterprise. A positive corporate culture stimulates effectiveness of activity of organization and it stable development. Forming of positive corporate culture becomes the global strategic resource of enterprises in modern terms. Measures on support of development of positive corporate culture must be developed and inculcated system and planned, forming in the eyes of employees of the unique appearance of corporate culture of enterprise must become the result of realization of these measures. The conducted research is given by possibility to draw conclusion that the process of forming of corporate a culture is not yet complete for today, because the dynamics of changes in the economy of the state substantially influences on its becoming and development. The role of corporate culture becomes especially actual in the situation of economic crisis, that exactly on the modern period of development of Ukraine. Forming of positive corporate culture will enable to promote the competitiveness of enterprises and their products both on internal and on external, markets. It is therefore needed to develop a positive corporate culture which is basis of forming of competitive enterprise, it is for this reason necessary to invest a money in its forming and perfection.
