Анотація
У статті проаналізовано сутність фінансової системи та її складові елементи. Визначено основні проблеми та
заходи щодо їх вирішення, розглянуто перспективи розвитку фінансової системи України.
The concept of financial system of Ukraine" is considered in the article. To date, the question of the financial system is extremely relevant, since it does not fully fulfil the tasks entrusted to it concerning the proper financial provision of the needs of the economy. Financial system – a set of various types of funds of financial resources available to the state. It consists of an internal structure and an organizational structure. The internal structure consists of spheres and units, and is represented by the following components: public finances, finances of subjects of management, international finances and financial market (providing sphere). The structure of the organizational structure includes budget management, control and regulatory, financial institutions and trust funds. The primary task of the development of the financial system in Ukraine is to increase the financial potential of the banking system, to create a group of powerful banks, reduce tax pressure, streamline financial flows, start structural and institutional transformations of the banking system, and effectively reorganize enterprises. All efforts of the legislative and executive bodies should be directed at this. Consequently, the development of the financial system is affected by many factors that need to be addressed in order to prevent stagnation and crisis phenomena.
