dc.description.abstractPurpose of the article is to reveal the perspectives of intellectual capital formation of innovation clusters in Ukraine. Intellectual capital evolution in the institutional form reflects creation of the powerful innovative clusters expanding borders of the activity and creating uniform economic space, developing in a structural basis of the world economy. The article presents the results of the nature of innovation clusters research in terms of becoming a knowledge economy, the impact of intellectual capital on their formation and functioning, rationale of the specific structure and management of intellectual capital of innovation clusters. The author considers the role of Intellectual capital as an economic growth factor under transition to knowledge economy and studies the practice of the regional intellectual capital management. The article discussed the place of intellectual capital in the formation of the cluster model of the enterprises behaviour and the ability to create innovation clusters on its basis.uk_UA
