Анотація
Метод багатократної коінциденції є перспективним методом для реалізації вимірювальних пристроїв, в
яких час вимірювання є достатнім ресурсом. В статті показано побудову вимірювального пристрою на базі
програмованої логіки та оцінка його інструментальної похибки.
The method is repeated coincidence promising method for the implementation of measurement devices in which the measurement is sufficient resource. The article shows the construction of the measuring device based on programmable logic and scores his instrumental error. By using Altera Baseline software was created electric schematics of proposed device. MAX700 series of PLD was selected for hardware implementation. The main task of the research is to determine the stability of the method of coincidences to errors related to the omission or erroneous detection of matches.
