Анотація
У статті досліджені основні види національних систем вищої освіти у країнах ЄС з врахуванням
сучасного стану світового ринку освітніх послуг. Досліджені країни, що входять до різних моделей вищої освіти в
ЄС та проведений аналіз її основних видів та характеристик. Викладено класифікацію, за допомогою якої
визначають типи національних систем вищої освіти з врахуванням сучасних глобалізаційних процесів. Визначені
основні причини, які спонукають до збільшення експорту освітніх послуг вищими навчальними закладами у різних
країнах ЄС. Запропоновані шляхи удосконалення функціонування діяльності вищих навчальних закладів в Україні з
врахуванням зарубіжного досвіду.
This article explores main types of national systems of higher education in the EU with regard of modern state of the world education market. Researched countries belonging to different models of higher education in the EU and the analysis of the main types and characteristics. Was performed an analysis of continental and a hybrid model of higher education in the EU formed their positive and negative sides. Expounded classification by means of which determined types of national systems of higher education in view of modern globalization. Determined the main reasons that encourage in increasing exports of educational services of higher education institutions in different EU countries. Distinguished the basic strategy of internationalization of higher education institutions in the EU. Conducted analysis of the strategy of international partnership, strategy to attract foreign qualified personnel, strategies aimed at income generation, empowerment strategies in education. Proposed ways of improving the functioning of higher education institutions in Ukraine in view of international experience.
