Розглядаються проблеми гнучкості ринку праці, розвитку інноваційних, нестандартних форм зайнятості населення за умов трансформації соціально-трудових відносин, переваги та ризики використання
дистанційної зайнятості, позикової праці та праці фрілансерів, а також особливості виникнення, переваги
та недоліки дауншифтінгу в національній економіці.
In the paper the problems of labor market flexibility, development of innovative, non-standard forms of employment in conditions of transformation of labor relations considered, the benefits and risks of using remote employment, borrowing labor and labor freelancers described and appearance features, advantages and disadvantages of daunshifting in the national economy described. The analysis of new forms of the labor relations and non-standard forms of employment in conditions of the innovative economy conducted. The development and using of non-standard, innovative forms characterize a new period of the national economy development, the period of its transition to a postindustrial society, formation and development of the knowledge economy.
