Анотація
Проведені дослідження в напрямку визначення характерних режимів взаємодії каретки та човника в
механізмах коливного типу. Визначенні характерні режими взаємодії основних елементів механізму. Отримані
аналітичні співвідношення для визначення величини ударних навантажень.
The research towards the definition of characteristic modes of interaction between the carriage and the shuttle in the mechanisms of oscillating type. Determining the characteristic modes of interaction between the basic elements of the mechanism. The resulting equations for the determination of the shock. The proposed approach makes it possible to establish the characteristic modes of interaction between the shuttle and the carriage that arise in the design of the shuttle drive mechanism and to determine the impact energy. Also important is to set the angle of rotation of the carriage where the shuttle picks gap. To exit the needle thread on the shuttle after its contours need to know where the value of the angle of rotation of the carriage created for smooth clearance of its output.
