Анотація
У статті, на підставі аналізу різних наукових підходів до визначення поняття «кадрова безпека» та її структуру,
висвітлено основні механізми її забезпечення у сучасних умовах розвитку економіки. Запропоновано конкретні заходи щодо
зміцнення кадрової безпеки на підприємстві. Забезпечення кадрової безпеки доцільно розглядати в розрізі стратегічного,
тактичного і оперативного рівнів. До основних елементів кадрової безпеки підприємства запропоновано включити соціальну,
матеріальну, професійно-інтелектуальну, психологічну та фізичну безпеки.
The article, based on the analysis of various scientific approaches to the definition of "human security" and its structure, reflects the basic mechanisms of its support in modern conditions of economic development. Concrete measures were proposed to strengthen human security in the enterprise. Ensuring of personnel safety it is advisable to consider in terms of strategic, tactical and operational levels. The main elements of personnel security of the enterprise are proposed to include social, financial, vocational, intellectual, psychological and physical security.
