Анотація
В статті проаналізовано формування ефективної національної інноваційної системи Німеччини та показана
важливість інноваційних процесів для забезпечення стійкості та конкурентоспроможності національної економіки в світовому
економічному просторі. Обґрунтовано основні тенденції розвитку інноваційної системи Німеччини, інструменти та методи
державної інноваційної політики і основні програми підтримки інноваційного підприємництва. Охарактеризовано негативні
тенденції розвитку інноваційного потенціалу української економіки за останні десятиліття та їх найбільш критичний прояв у
промислових регіонах. Показана необхідність переймати дієві інструменти євроатлантичної моделі національної інноваційної
системи для трансформації національної економіки.
In the article the formation of an effective national innovation system in Germany analyzed and the importance of the innovative processes to ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of the national economy in the world economy shown. The author proved the main development trends of innovation system in Germany, the tools and methods of state innovation policy and major support programs of innovative entrepreneurship. The negative trends of the innovative potential development of the Ukrainian economy in the last decade and their most critical manifestation in industrial regions characterized. The need to adopt effective tools of Euro-Atlantic model of national innovation system for the transformation of the national economy shown. An important role in stimulating innovation activity play highly risky investment companies which develop new products and technologies that are not listed on stock markets. The key factor of state development is innovation activity, introduction into economic circulation qualitatively new products and technologies of new types of equipment, materials, objects and means of labour, new forms of labour management and production. In Ukraine, with limited resources and depletion of the economy by war and crisis, the factor of education, science and technology development should enable the country to achieve sustainable success in all areas. For the development of Ukraine for the innovative scenario the important value has the analysis and implementation experience of German innovation model, improving the education system, attracting domestic and foreign investors to form a stable economy. The role of the state in terms of worldwide globalization trend is to create the necessary incentives for domestic enterprises to independently develop in an innovative scenario. The chance for Ukrainian society in the using this experience consist in the technological upgrade of material-technical base and create the necessary support for all components of the national innovation system, in order to take their rightful place in the innovation world rankings.
